UZIN NC 182 Repair Mortar

UZIN NC 182 is a rapid-setting, low-slump cementitious repair mortar designed for patching, repairing and filling substrates before levelling compounds and floor coverings are installed. Its moisture-resistant formulation makes it suitable for renovation and floor preparation applications where a strong, fast repair is required.

Its fine-grain consistency helps produce a smooth finish with minimal visible patch marks, while UZIN’s reActivate technology allows the mixed mortar to be re-stirred during its working time for improved workability.

Typical Applications:
Ideal for filling holes, repairing damaged areas, patching substrates and creating strong, absorbent surfaces before subsequent levelling or floor-covering installation. It can also be used on moist cementitious substrates as part of suitable UZIN Moisture Tolerant systems.

Consumption:
Approximately 1.5kg/m² per mm of thickness.

Working Time:
Approximately 15–20 minutes.

Light Foot Traffic:
Approximately 40–50 minutes.

Ready for Floor Coverings:
Approximately 60 minutes under standard conditions.
