Mapei Ultraplan Fast Track is an ultra-fast drying, self-levelling compound designed for flooring projects where turnaround time is critical. It can be applied from 1mm to 10mm per coat and allows resilient flooring to be bonded after just 2 hours.

Its fluid, self-levelling formulation creates a smooth, high-strength substrate with excellent resistance to indentation and abrasion, making it particularly suitable for commercial renovations and other fast-track flooring installations.

Typical Applications:
Ideal for levelling and smoothing concrete slabs, cementitious screeds, anhydrite substrates, underfloor heating systems and suitably prepared existing terrazzo, ceramic, natural stone and magnesite floors before compatible resilient, textile or timber flooring is installed.

Consumption:
Approximately 1.6kg/m² per mm of thickness.

Working Time:
Approximately 10–15 minutes.

Light Foot Traffic:
Approximately 1 hour.

Flooring Installation:
Approximately 2 hours for compatible floor coverings, including resilient flooring.
