Mapei Topcem Pronto is a pre-blended, ready-to-use, normal-setting and quick-drying screed mortar designed for creating bonded, unbonded and floating screeds. Its controlled-shrinkage formulation provides a reliable base for flooring while allowing floor coverings to be installed significantly sooner than with conventional cement screeds.

Simply mixed with water on site, Topcem Pronto provides consistent binder and aggregate proportions, making it a convenient solution for residential and commercial flooring projects.

Typical Applications:
Ideal for creating screeds before the installation of timber, vinyl, PVC, linoleum, carpet, ceramic tiles, natural stone and other compatible floor coverings. It is also suitable for repairing existing screeds where flooring needs to be installed within a shorter timeframe.

Working Time:
Approximately 60 minutes.

Light Foot Traffic:
Approximately 12 hours.

Drying Time:
Reaches less than 2% residual moisture after approximately 4 days for screeds up to 50mm thick under specified conditions.

Mixing Ratio:
Approximately 1.2L of water per 20kg bag.
