ARDEX K 65 Single-Part Timber Leveller
ARDEX K 65 is an advanced fibre-reinforced levelling and smoothing compound featuring MICROTEC technology, specifically designed for internal floor preparation, including use over timber substrates. It rapidly creates a smooth, level surface before the installation of a wide range of floor coverings.
Its fibre-reinforced formulation makes it particularly suited to renovation projects involving timber, plywood and particleboard, while still offering the versatility to be used over correctly prepared concrete, fibre cement and existing tiled surfaces.

Typical Applications:
Ideal for levelling and smoothing strip timber flooring, particleboard, plywood, concrete, compressed fibre cement and suitably prepared tiled substrates before installing carpet, vinyl, LVT, carpet tiles, floating floors or direct-stick timber.
Application Thickness:
3–20mm without aggregate, or up to 50mm over suitable concrete or engineered screeds when mixed with the specified aggregate.
Coverage:
Approximately 4.5m² per 20kg bag at 3mm thickness.
Drying Time:
Walkable after approximately 2–3 hours. Conventionally laid carpet and floating floors can generally be installed after 24 hours, with direct-stick applications such as vinyl after approximately 48 hours, subject to site conditions.
