Preference Base Plate for Border Trim 3.4m
Use: The Preference Border Trim Base is also known as or referred to as an Expansion Base or Track. The trim base is installed prior to the flooring installation. The base size is selected according to the height/thickness of your floorboard selection and inserted at the point where the Preference Border Trim Top is required.
Fix: The base is fixed to the subfloor using screws or builders’ adhesive
Suitable For: All indoor residential and light-medium commercial flooring applications.
Tip: No one will see the base, therefore the colour of the base will not matter. For your ends, ensure that a 1mm gap is left so that your top will slip over the base.
