One component, solvent-free moisture curing and rapid drying polyurethane surface membrane with a very low emission of volatile organic compounds. Moisture vapour barrier for cement-based substrates that are not subject to rising damp, but have a residual humidity content higher than the Australian Standard 75% RH up to 95% RH (ASTM P2170) as per AS1884-2012).

- Waiting time before successive treatments on final coat (blended with sand): minimum 2 hours

- Loss of Tack: after 30-40 minutes

- Set to light foot traffic: 60 minutes

- Storage: 12 months

- Application: roller. brush or flat trowel

- Consumption: 0.20-0.40 kg/m² per coat
