Refunds and Returns

To be able to be confident in the quality of our products, Top Shelf Flooring Accessories can not accept returns on any adhesives, liquids or powders, unless there is a manufacturing problem.

In the event that you are not satisfied with your item/s (other than liquids or powders) that have been purchased, you may bring the item back for an inspection. 

- All returns must be received in original condition within 7 days.

- Any products that have been damaged or altered from their original condition are not eligible for return and will be returned to the customer.

- Associated shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated or agreed upon.

If the item/s pass the inspection, a $22.00 return fee will be applied.
