Mapei Mapecoat TNS Race Track Primer EPW Kit
Two-component epoxy primer in water dispersion. Primer for products from the Mapecoat TNS line.
Mapecoat TNS Primer EPW is a beige coloured, two-component, epoxy resin-based primer in water dispersion according to a formula developed in the MAPEI R&D laboratories. Once Mapecoat TNS Primer EPW has been prepared as specified and diluted according to requirements, it may be applied by spray, with a roller or by airless spray in coats from 60 to 100 μm thick.
Preparation of the product:
Pour component A into the container of component B and mix the two components together with a drill with a mixing attachment at low-speed to form an even compound. Dilute with water at a rate of 1 : 0.5 and mix again with a drill for at least three minutes.
Application of the product:
Apply a single even coat of Mapecoat TNS Primer EPW with a medium or long-pile roller or by spray. Wait 5-6 hours before applying the next product in the coating cycle.
