Mapei Mapelastic AquaDefense is a ready-to-use, rapid-drying liquid waterproofing membrane designed for waterproofing suitable internal and external surfaces before the installation of compatible flooring and finishes.
Its fast-drying formulation requires no mixing, making it a convenient solution for projects where quick turnaround is important. Applied in multiple coats, it forms a continuous flexible membrane with strong crack-bridging performance.

Typical Applications:
Ideal for waterproofing suitable screeds, concrete and existing tiled surfaces, as well as other compatible substrates, before subsequent flooring or finishing systems are installed.
Coverage / Consumption:
Approximately 1kg/m² for two coats, or approximately 1.3kg/m² per mm of thickness.
Packaging:
15kg bucket.
