Mapei UC Leveller

Mapei UC Leveller is a fast-hardening, self-levelling and smoothing compound designed for levelling new and existing internal substrates before the installation of compatible floor coverings. It can be applied from 3mm to 70mm, making it a versatile option for both standard levelling and deeper floor preparation.

Its fluid consistency and excellent pumpability make it particularly suited to larger flooring projects, helping improve productivity while creating a smooth, strong surface capable of handling heavy loads and traffic.

Typical Applications:
Ideal for levelling concrete slabs, cement-based screeds, underfloor heating installations and suitably prepared existing ceramic tile, terrazzo, natural stone and magnesite floors. It can be used before compatible carpet, carpet tiles, ceramic tiles, natural stone and floating timber flooring.

Light Foot Traffic:
Approximately 12 hours at 23°C and 50% relative humidity.

Flooring Installation:
Approximately 24 hours, depending on thickness, temperature and environmental moisture.

Packaging:
20kg bag.
