Sikafloor® Level TOP

Sikafloor® Level TOP is a high-flowing, cement-based self-levelling and smoothing compound designed to level uneven concrete substrates before the installation of floor coverings. It is suitable for new and existing internal concrete floors across residential and commercial applications.

Its highly fluid formulation offers excellent flow and self-healing properties, making it particularly well suited to large floor areas. It can be applied manually or by pump and requires no slaking or re-mixing after initial preparation.

Typical Applications:
Ideal for levelling uneven internal concrete floors before the installation of compatible residential and commercial floor coverings. It is an underlayment and is not designed to be left as an exposed finished surface.

Application Thickness:
1–30mm neat or 10–50mm when bulked with suitable 1–2mm aggregate. 

Coverage / Yield:
Approximately 4m² at 3mm thickness per 20kg bag. 

Pot Life:
Approximately 18 minutes at 23°C. 

Flooring Installation:
Allow approximately 18 hours at 23°C before applying impervious floor coverings, depending on thickness, temperature, airflow and humidity.
