Mapei Planex HR Maxi is a rapid-drying, moisture-resistant, self-levelling smoothing compound designed for levelling new and existing substrates in thicker applications. It can be applied from 3mm to 40mm per layer, making it ideal where greater differences in floor height need to be corrected.

Suitable for both internal and external applications, its free-flowing formulation provides good workability while creating a strong, level substrate ready for compatible floor coverings.

Typical Applications:
Ideal for levelling suitable concrete floors, cementitious screeds, anhydrite substrates, heated floors and correctly prepared existing terrazzo, ceramic, natural stone and magnesite flooring. 

Coverage / Consumption:
Approximately 1.7kg/m² per mm of thickness.
