Mapei Mapefloor Finish 58 W is a two-component, aliphatic, water-based polyurethane finish designed to provide a durable, transparent matt protective coating over compatible resin, cementitious and decorative flooring systems.

It is particularly suited as a finishing coat over Mapefloor and Ultratop systems, including Ultratop Loft, helping improve resistance to wear, abrasion and scratching while reducing dirt pick-up and making floors easier to clean and maintain.

Typical Applications:
Ideal as a protective matt finish over Mapefloor resin systems, Ultratop, Ultratop Living and Ultratop Loft decorative finishes, as well as suitable concrete surfaces.

Consumption:
Approximately 0.1–0.2kg/m² per coat, depending on the porosity and texture of the substrate.

Working Time:
Approximately 60–90 minutes at 23°C. 

Recoat Time:
Approximately 4–72 hours at 23°C.

5.5kg transparent kit – 5kg Part A + 0.5kg Part B.
