UZIN NC 157 SP Bulk Fill Levelling Compound
UZIN NC 157 SP is a self-smoothing, thick-layer bulk fill levelling compound designed for levelling and smoothing internal substrates before the installation of most floor coverings, including selected timber flooring systems.
It can be applied from 3mm to 50mm, or extended with suitable aggregate for applications up to 70mm, making it particularly useful for deeper floor corrections. Its low-stress formulation, long working time and excellent flow characteristics make it suitable for both residential and commercial floor preparation.

Typical Applications:
Ideal for levelling concrete, cementitious and calcium sulphate screeds, existing terrazzo, ceramic tiles, natural stone, suitable epoxy coatings and correctly prepared timber-based substrates. It creates a flat, smooth surface ready for textile, resilient, ceramic and selected timber floor coverings.
Consumption:
Approximately 1.7kg/m² per mm of thickness.
Working Time:
Approximately 20–40 minutes.
Light Foot Traffic:
Approximately 2–4 hours.
Ready for Floor Coverings:
Approximately 24 hours, subject to application thickness and site conditions.
