Mapei Planex HR is a rapid-drying, moisture-resistant, self-levelling compound designed for smoothing and levelling new and existing substrates in layers from 1mm to 10mm. Its moisture resistance makes it suitable for both internal and external applications, including substrates with elevated residual moisture.

Its fast-setting formulation provides high resistance to static and dynamic loads while creating a smooth, durable surface ready for a wide range of floor coverings.

Typical Applications:
Ideal for levelling concrete floors, cementitious screeds, anhydrite substrates, heated floors and suitably prepared existing terrazzo, ceramic, natural stone and magnesite flooring. 

Coverage / Consumption:
Approximately 1.7kg/m² per mm of thickness. 

Flooring Installation:
Ceramic tiles can be installed after approximately 3 hours, stone after 24 hours, and resilient, textile or parquet flooring after approximately 24–48 hours, depending on conditions.
