Mapei Ultraplan

Mapei Ultraplan is an ultra-fast drying, self-levelling smoothing compound designed for levelling and smoothing new or existing internal substrates before the installation of floor coverings.

It can be applied from 1mm to 15mm per coat and delivers excellent self-levelling properties, a smooth surface finish and high resistance to loads, abrasion and traffic. Its rapid-setting formulation makes it a reliable option for both residential and commercial flooring preparation.

Typical Applications:
Ideal for levelling and smoothing concrete slabs, cementitious screeds, anhydrite substrates, heated floors and suitably prepared existing concrete, terrazzo, ceramic, natural stone and magnesite flooring before compatible floor coverings are installed.

Working Time:
Approximately 20–30 minutes.

Light Foot Traffic:
Approximately 3 hours.

Flooring Installation:
Ceramic tiles can generally be installed after approximately 3 hours, with resilient and timber flooring after approximately 12 hours, subject to site conditions and system requirements.
