ARDEX A 45 Internal Rapid Dry Repair Mortar
ARDEX A 45 is a rapid-setting, rapid-drying, slump-free repair mortar designed for internal concrete repairs, patching, smoothing and ramping. It develops exceptional strength and hardness quickly, making it ideal for flooring preparation where fast turnaround is required.
Its slump-free consistency makes it suitable for both horizontal and vertical repairs, including filling holes and cracks, repairing stairs and forming ramps and coves.

Typical Applications:
Ideal for repairing and refacing concrete floors, stair treads and risers, filling holes and cracks, forming ramps and coves, repairing walls and soffits, and making good around windows, doors and penetrations.
Application Thickness:
Can be applied from a feather edge, with thicker applications possible using the specified aggregate. Localised repairs can be built up to approximately 50mm with aggregate.
Coverage:
Approximately 12m² per 20kg bag at 1mm thickness.
Working Time:
Approximately 10–15 minutes at 23°C.
Trafficable:
Approximately 90 minutes at 23°C.
