Mapei Ultraplan Trade is a fast-drying, self-levelling smoothing compound formulated specifically for trade professionals. Designed for internal flooring applications, it can be applied from 3mm to 40mm per coat to level and smooth new or existing substrates before the installation of compatible floor coverings.

Its excellent flow, high bond strength and resistance to abrasion make it a versatile option for residential and commercial floor preparation. It also offers high thermal conductivity, making it particularly suitable for use over underfloor heating systems.

Typical Applications:
Ideal for levelling concrete slabs, heated floors and suitably prepared existing ceramic tile, terrazzo and natural stone surfaces before compatible flooring is installed.

Working Time:
Approximately 20–30 minutes at 23°C. 

Flooring Installation:
Generally ready to receive compatible resilient, carpet, ceramic and timber floor coverings after approximately 24–72 hours, depending on thickness, floor covering type and site conditions.

20kg bag.
