Con-Treat Crack Fix Polyurea Cartridge – 600ml
Con-Treat Crack Fix Polyurea is a two-component, rapid-curing hybrid polyurea elastomeric joint and crack filler designed for fast, durable repairs to concrete floors. Its flexible, self-levelling formulation is suited to demanding commercial and industrial environments, including floors exposed to heavy hard-wheeled traffic.

Typical Applications:
Suitable for repairing and filling cracks, control joints, construction joints, spalled joints and other repairs in concrete flooring. Ideal for warehouses, manufacturing facilities, shopping centres, tunnels and other commercial or industrial concrete floors subject to demanding traffic.
Coverage / Consumption:
As a general guide, one cartridge will fill approximately 6 lineal metres of a 10mm wide x 10mm deep joint. Actual coverage will vary according to crack or joint dimensions.
Mixing Ratio:
1:1 by volume.
Working / Cure Time:
Pot life is approximately 4 minutes, with a tack-free time of approximately 10–15 minutes and an initial cure of approximately 60 minutes at 25°C. Final cure is approximately 5 days.
Application:
Use with the compatible dual-cartridge dispensing gun and Crack Fix static mixing nozzle. Ensure the material is warm before use, vigorously shake the cartridge before dispensing and discard the first 30ml from each new cartridge.
