APC Liquathane Clear Water Based Urethane is a two-component, water-based clear polyurethane coating designed to provide a durable protective finish over prepared concrete and compatible coating systems. Its low-odour, low-VOC formulation combines excellent adhesion and wear resistance with minimal colour change to the underlying surface, making it ideal where a tough, clear finish is required.

Typical Applications:
Ideal for prepared concrete floors, Cut & Coat applications and compatible decorative flooring systems, including retail areas, showrooms, warehouses, educational facilities, government buildings and other residential or commercial spaces requiring a durable clear polyurethane finish.

Coverage:
Approximately 8–10m² per litre, depending on the substrate condition, porosity and application method.

Application:
Mix Part A and Part B thoroughly according to APC’s specified mixing ratio before application. Apply to a clean, dry and correctly prepared substrate using a suitable roller or spray equipment.
