APC EPO100G® Epoxy Resin Glaze Kit

APC EPO100G® Glaze is a high-performance, two-component clear industrial epoxy resin designed as a standalone coating or build coat within decorative flooring systems. It provides a high-gloss, clear finish with excellent adhesion, chemical resistance and abrasion resistance, and is commonly used within APC Ultra Flake®, Hyper Flake® and Metallic Marble® systems.

Typical Applications:
Ideal for Ultra Flake® and Hyper Flake® Crystal and Diamond finishes, Metallic Marble® systems, garages, workshops, warehouses, showrooms, commercial kitchens, manufacturing facilities, benchtops and bar tops. Multiple roll coats can also be applied where additional clear depth and clarity are required.

Coverage / Consumption:
Approximately 4–6m²/L when used as a standalone coating, with two coats required. When used as part of APC’s Metallic Marble® System, the spread rate is approximately 1m²/L.

Mixing Ratio:
2:1 – Part A : Part B by volume, based on APC’s current kit configurations.

Available Sizes:
APC offers EPO100G® Glaze in multiple kit sizes, including 3L, 6L and 30L kits.

Important:
EPO100G® should be applied as a roll coat and is not suitable for applications deeper than 4mm, as clarity may be affected. For deeper clear epoxy applications, APC recommends its GP Clear Epoxy system.

Packaging:
Complete Part A Epoxy Resin Glaze + Part B Epoxy Hardener kit. For example, the 3L kit contains 2L Part A + 1L Part B.
