Mapei Ultratop is an ultra-fast setting, self-levelling cementitious mortar designed to create highly durable, abrasion-resistant floors that can be left exposed as the finished surface. Unlike a standard levelling compound that is covered by another flooring product, Ultratop can form the final decorative and functional floor.

Its high mechanical strength and seamless finish make it particularly suited to commercial, industrial and architectural flooring applications exposed to heavy foot traffic and rubber-tyred vehicles.

Typical Applications:
Ideal for creating seamless floors in shops, showrooms, offices, shopping centres, exhibition spaces, commercial areas and suitable industrial environments, as well as other applications where a hard-wearing exposed cementitious finish is required.

Application Thickness:
5–40mm

Working Time:
Approximately 15 minutes.

Light Foot Traffic:
Approximately 3–4 hours.

Consumption:
Approximately 16.5–17.5kg/m² per 10mm thickness.
