Mapei UC Leveller Maxi

Mapei UC Leveller Maxi is a high-build levelling and smoothing compound designed for applications where substantial floor height correction is required. It can be applied from 10mm to 100mm in a single layer without adding aggregate, providing controlled flow for easier placement on deeper applications.

Its rapid-curing formulation provides excellent compressive and flexural strength along with resistance to impact and abrasion, making it suitable for areas exposed to heavy loads, traffic and wheeled chairs. It can also be applied using an automatic pressure pump, making it a practical option for larger floor preparation projects.

Typical Applications:
Ideal for levelling concrete slabs, cement-based screeds, anhydrite screeds, underfloor heating installations and suitably prepared existing ceramic tile, terrazzo, natural stone and magnesite floors. It can be used before carpet, carpet tiles, vinyl/LVT, ceramic tiles, natural stone and floating timber flooring.

Light Foot Traffic:
Approximately 12 hours.

Flooring Installation:
Approximately 1–3 days, depending on application thickness, temperature, humidity and flooring type.
