Mapei Planiseal MR

Mapei Planiseal MR is a two-component, water-based epoxy primer and moisture barrier designed for use over green concrete and damp substrates before compatible flooring, waterproofing and coating systems are applied.

Its versatile, solvent-free formulation provides excellent adhesion to damp concrete and strong resistance to both positive and negative hydrostatic pressure. Once cured, it creates a low-permeability barrier that helps control moisture transmission through mineral substrates.

Typical Applications:
Suitable for concrete, cementitious screeds and toppings, render, masonry, aerated concrete, fibre-cement sheeting and timber substrates. It can also be used as a moisture-regulating primer before compatible levelling compounds, adhesives, membranes and coatings.

Mixing Ratio:
1:1 by volume – Part A + Part B

Recoat Time:
Approximately 2–4 hours under standard conditions.
