    Mapei Mapelastic Smart Kit

    Mapei Mapelastic Smart is a two-component, highly flexible cementitious waterproofing membrane designed to waterproof and protect a wide range of internal and external surfaces.

    Its flexible formulation provides excellent crack-bridging performance and can be applied by brush, roller, trowel or spray, making it suitable for everything from bathrooms and balconies to swimming pools and exposed exterior applications. It is classified as a Class II membrane under Australian standards.

    Typical Applications:
    Ideal for waterproofing bathrooms, balconies, terraces, swimming pools, water tanks, roofs, façades, retaining walls and planter boxes. Suitable substrates include concrete, screeds, renders, AAC, existing ceramic and stone coverings, fibre cement sheet, plasterboard and suitably prepared timber substrates.

    Coverage:
    A 30kg kit covers approximately 7.5m² at the ideal 2mm final dry film thickness, depending on substrate condition and application method.

    Recoat Time:
    Approximately
    4–5 hours minimum.

    Packaging:
    30kg Kit — 20kg Component A + 10kg Component B.
