Mapei Mapeflex PU 45 FT
Mapei Mapeflex PU 45 FT is a rapid-hardening, paintable polyurethane sealant and adhesive with a high modulus of elasticity. Designed for flexible sealing and bonding, it accommodates movement of up to 20% of the joint width and is suitable for a wide range of construction and flooring applications.
Its combination of flexibility, adhesion and rapid curing makes it particularly useful for sealing joints in areas exposed to regular traffic, as well as for flexible bonding of construction materials.

Typical Applications:
Ideal for sealing expansion and distribution joints in concrete, industrial flooring, car parks, warehouses, shopping centres and ceramic flooring, as well as flexible bonding of suitable construction materials.
Coverage:
Approximately 6 linear metres per 600ml sausage for a 10mm x 10mm joint. Actual consumption will vary depending on joint dimensions.
