Mapei Nivorapid

Mapei Nivorapid is an ultra-fast setting, thixotropic cementitious levelling and repair compound designed for repairing, levelling and smoothing internal horizontal and vertical surfaces where rapid turnaround is required.

Its non-slump consistency makes it particularly useful for patching, ramps, steps, edges, depressions and vertical repairs, while its rapid drying allows subsequent floor or wall coverings to be installed after approximately 4–6 hours.

Typical Applications:
Ideal for smoothing concrete slabs and screeds, filling holes and depressions, repairing steps and landings, levelling edges and smoothing walls. It can also be used over suitably prepared terrazzo, ceramic, natural stone and heated floors.

Application Thickness:
1–20mm per coat

Pot Life:
Approximately 15 minutes.

Light Foot Traffic:
Approximately 60–90 minutes, depending on conditions.

Flooring Installation:
Approximately 4–6 hours. 

Consumption:
Approximately 1.6kg/m² per mm of thickness.

Available Sizes:
5kg and 20kg bags.
