Mapei Mapecoat TNS Race Track Primer EPW – 10kg Kit
Mapei Mapecoat TNS Primer EPW is a two-component, water-dispersed epoxy primer designed to promote adhesion between cementitious substrates and Mapecoat TNS coating systems. It is used to prepare suitable concrete and cement-based surfaces before systems such as Mapecoat TNS Race Track, helping create a sound base for subsequent coating layers.

Typical Applications:
Ideal for priming concrete and other suitable cementitious substrates before the application of Mapecoat TNS Race Track and compatible Mapecoat TNS systems used for areas such as driveways, cycleways, pedestrian zones, sports surfaces and other high-traffic environments.
Coverage / Consumption:
Approximately 100–200g/m², depending on substrate condition, porosity and application requirements.
Dilution:
When used beneath Mapecoat TNS Race Track, Mapei specifies diluting Mapecoat TNS Primer EPW 1 : 0.5 with water.
Application:
Apply to a clean, sound and suitably prepared cementitious substrate before the subsequent Mapecoat TNS coating. When used beneath Mapecoat TNS Race Track, the first coat of Race Track should be applied within a maximum of 24 hours after application of the primer.
