ARDEX K 301 Exterior Levelling & Smoothing Compound
ARDEX K 301 is a rapid-drying levelling and smoothing compound designed for repairing, resurfacing and levelling concrete floors in both internal and external applications. It is formulated to withstand outdoor conditions including sun, rain, heat and cold, making it a versatile option for exposed concrete areas.
It can be applied from 2mm to 20mm in a single application and can also be used as a durable wear surface in suitable areas such as garages, workshops, courtyards and footpaths.

Typical Applications:
Ideal for workshops, domestic garages, storage areas, light commercial spaces, courtyards, footpaths and other internal or external concrete surfaces requiring levelling or resurfacing.
Coverage:
Approximately 6m² per 20kg bag at 2mm thickness.
Drying Time:
Walkable after approximately 2–3 hours. Carpet and floating floors can generally be installed after 24 hours, while direct-stick and vinyl applications require approximately 48 hours, subject to conditions.
